Welcome to Sigma Art Ltd - an online exhibition of original artwork, hand selected by artist, curator and art agent of Sigma Art Ltd - Jo Athey.

Jo attended University at Manchester Metropolitan University, studying Fine Art and completed her degree in 2008.

Later she was given an amazing opportunity of attending a traineeship through The Museum Association and worked across a variety of museums and galleries throughout the North East of England.

Becoming the sole curator of The Heritage Gallery at Cargo Fleet at the age of 23, Jo has now had 15 years of experience working with individual artists and groups from the local area of Teesside and has curated over 150 exhibitions that have showcased their work.

To further support and showcase the amazing work of the extremely talented artists we have in the Teesside area, Jo has set up this limited company, to provide a platform for artwork that can be viewed from anywhere in the world and not limited by the restrictions of a physical gallery.
